Change of Name and Website

Following the adoption of new Articles of Association at the General Meeting held on 28 August 2012, the Directors of the Company have changed its name to Mining Investments Resources plc.

Dealings under the new name are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 1 November 2012 when the Company's TIDM (ticker symbol) will change from "LGN" to "MIR".
