Transaction in own securities

The Board of Speymill Macau Property Company plc (the "Company") announces that on 13 June 2011, the Company purchased 300,000 of its own ordinary shares of US$0.10 nominal value at a price of US$ 0.74 per share in the market, such shares to be held in treasury.

The purchase represents 0.28 per cent approximately of the shares in issue. After the purchase there remains 107,360,910 shares in issue excluding the 468,000 ordinary shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 107,360,910 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
