Transaction in own securities

The Board of Speymill Macau Property Company plc (the "Company") announces that on 15 April 2011, the Company purchased 118,000 of its own ordinary shares of US$0.10 nominal value at a price of US$ 0.72 per share in the market, such shares to be held in treasury.

The purchase represents 0.11 per cent of the shares in issue. After the purchase there remain 107,828,910 shares in issue including the 168,000 ordinary shares now being held in treasury.
