MAMA today announces the resignation of the Company's Non-Executive Director, 
Charles McIntyre.

'We would like to thank Charles for his invaluable contribution to MAMA Group 
since its flotation in December 2005. We have been very fortunate to work with 
Charles over the last five years and would like to wish him all the best for the 
future.'
