Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Maintel Holdings Plc, a leading
provider of cloud, network and security managed communications
services, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting
(" AGM ") at 10:30 a.m. on 19
June 2024 at 25 Charterhouse Square, London, EC1M 6AE.
The Annual Report and Accounts for
the financial year ended 31 December 2023 and Notice of AGM have
been posted today, 10 May 2024, to those shareholders who have
elected not to receive electronic communications. Electronic copies
will be shortly available on the Company's website at

The Company was founded in 1991 and
it listed on London's AIM market in 2004 (AIM: MAI).
