Trading Update

Leeds Group announces that its subsidiary, Hemmers-Itex Textil Import Export GmbH ('Hemmers'), has identified an error in its stock system.

The stock at 31 May 2023 was overvalued by GBP408k of which GBP189k relates to the year ending 31 May 2023 and GBP219k relates to the year ended 31 May 2022, which may be reported as a prior year restatement.

The programming error has now been corrected.
