In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, KGR Absolute Return PCC Limited
announces that since the publication of the Company's Prospectus dated 8
November 2005 the Company has been notified of the following directorships:

Mr Rupert Dorey, a Director has joined the Board of Directors of Dexion Alpha
Strategies Limited and Babcock & Brown Public Partnership Limited both
companies being listed on the London Stock Exchange, Cognis 1 Fund, being
listed on the Irish Stock Exchange, AP Alternative Assets LP, being listed on
Euronext, Partners Group Global Opportunities Limited being listed on the AIM
market, Endurance High Performance Fund Limited which will be listed on the
Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Celadon Fund PCC Limited which will be listed on
the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.

Mr Alan Smith, a Director has joined the Board of Directors of Bear Stearns
Global Alpha Fund Limited and Bear Stearns Global Alpha Master Fund Limited
both companies being listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

Mr Nigel Rich, a Director has joined the Board of Directors of Slough Estates
PLC being listed on the London Stock Exchange.
