The Company announces that it has been informed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management ('JPMAM'), the Company's investment manager, that Robin Dunmall, one of the Company's portfolio managers, has decided to leave JPMAM to pursue other opportunities.

The Company's portfolio will continue to be managed by the existing investment management team, which is led by Natalia Bucci and includes Paul Levene. The investment process will remain unchanged and the Company will continue to draw on the investment insight and resources of both the broader JPMAM convertible bond team and wider multi-asset solutions investment resource.
