Further to the announcement dated 19 April 2017, Infinity Energy (AIM: INFT) 
announces that, as the Company has not yet made an acquisition, or 
acquisitions, which constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules, the 
Company's ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with effect 
from 7.30 a.m. on 13 October 2017.
