                Funding update and change of Registered Address



Further to the announcement of 29 June 2007, the Directors of In Cup Plus ("the
Directors") have been informed by Smith and Williamson Limited ("the
Administrator"), the administrative receiver of Pacific Continental Securities
(UK) Limited ("Pacific Continental"), that Pacific Continental will not be able
to honour the option agreement for the sum of #100,000 which was exercised by
the Company on 2 July 2007. Consequently the Company has terminated that option
agreement and also the remaining option agreement, also for #100,000.


As a result of the terms of the option agreement between the Company and Barry
Marks, the Company will not be able to enforce the placing of #250,000 of
ordinary shares to Mr Marks in October 2008.


As a result of these events, the Directors of the Company believe that the
Company has a working capital deficit that needs to be addressed. The Directors
are currently in advanced discussions with a broker with a view to undertaking a
placing to address this deficit. This broker would also be appointed as
corporate broker to the Company on an ongoing basis. It is also anticipated that
a similar option agreement with Barry Marks would be entered into.


The Directors are hopeful that an announcement providing the details of the
placing can be made in the very near future.


The Directors also announce that they have resolved to change the address of the
Company's registered office with immediate effect to:
