I did hear that after the bell today LP is going to announce that at the ASM this year that they will push to the very last minute they will be announcing 2 types of sandwiches to ease the blow of the reverse split.

I expect that this stock is going to stick out like a sore thumb after the next quarter. It will probably have a trailing PE of around 7.5 at the last trade price of $41.49 as the class action lawsuit

If you knew anything about what a reg A does to a stock you wouldn't have allowed yourself to be trapped in this ticker. 🤭 You need a growth story to support a regulation A offering and the use of proceeds for this one is to consummate this reverse merger and Mexedia is presiding over a fail
