Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, has today been notified that on 14 November 2014 The 181 Fund Limited, which belongs to John Gunn and Renate Gunn, sold 20,000,000 shares in Hightex Group plc at an average price of 0.141925p.

Following the sales, The 181 Fund Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in Hightex Group Plc.
