    ('Hitchens' or the 'Group')

    Change of Name


    Further to the announcement released on the 19th May 2008, the Group is pleased to announce the approval by its shareholders of the
change of name from Hitchens Group plc to Wallgate Group plc.  The name change resolution was approved by shareholders at the Group's
General Meeting held today at 10:00AM.

    Subject to the change of name being processed by Companies House, the Group's shares will trade under the new name on AIM with effect
from Monday 16 June 2008 and the Group's ticker (TIDM) will change to WGT.L with effect from that date. Once the name change becomes
effective, the Group's new website address, www.wallgategroup.com will become operational.
