Hardy Underwriting Group All Employee Share Incentive Plan

Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited announces that it was advised on the 14 March 2012 that the Trustees of the Hardy Underwriting Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), purchased the following Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited Common shares of 20p each:

On 8 and 9 March 2012 - a total of 15,384 Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited Common Shares of 20p each at an average price of GBP1.94 per share in respect of the February allocation under the terms of the Plan. Of these shares 5,128 were acquired as Partnership Shares (paid for by participating employees), and 10,256 shares were bought by the Company as Matching Shares.

The registered holder of all shares is Lloyds TSB Corporate Nominees Limited designation AESOP 1.
