Income & Growth Trust PLC 'Holding in Company' announcement released on 18
January 2000 at 17:11 under RNS No 9980D.

In section 5, the number of shares/amount of stock acquired should read 'Nil'
and not 'Not disclosed'.

The date of transaction in section 10 should read 'Not applicable' and not 'Not
disclosed'. 

The total holding following notification in section 12 should read 3,700,000 and
not 2,700,000.

The total percentage holding in section 13 should read 7.510 and not 5.48 as
previously shown.

The registered interests of Vidacos Nominees Ltd should read 1,850,000 and not
850,000 as previously stated.
