Director/PDMR Shareholding
FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading
national specialist business advisory firm, has been notified that
on 10 March 2025, David Chubb, Non-Executive Director, purchased
22,871 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares").
Following the purchase, David Chubb
beneficially holds 56,621 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.02% per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
