Disposal of Financial News Publishing Limited ("FNP") 
 
The Board of Foresight 5 is pleased to announce that the Company has sold FNP to 
an undisclosed trade buyer.  Foresight 5 has received  GBP560,000 for its 
shareholding and loan note holdings in the Company which compares with a 
carrying valuation of  GBP401,000 at 30 September 2011. 
 
This successful exit follows Foresight Group's appointment as Investment Manager 
of Foresight 5 (previously Acuity Growth plc) on 24 February 2011.  Following 
that appointment, Foresight Group appointed a new Chairman to FNP, supported FNP 
with a funding round in August 2011 and instigated a structured sale process 
which culminated in this realisation.
