                             Grant of Share Options


Financial Objects announces that on 12 March 2008 the Remuneration Committee
granted the following options to the Executive Directors under the Financial
Objects plc 2006 Share Option Scheme (the "Scheme"), adopted by the Company on
13 March 2006.

In accordance with the rules of the Scheme, options were granted on 12 March
2008 at an exercise price of �0.44 per ordinary share as follows:

         Karim Peermohamed                      85,165
         David Carruthers                       96,154
           Peter Youngs                         91,759

The options will become exercisable in three years time (the 'Performance
Period') subject to the Executive Directors' continued employment and based on
the Company's earnings per share growth exceeding by at least 15 per cent
(compound) the growth in the Retail Prices Index over the Performance Period.
