Disclosure of shareholding

The  Company announces that it has received a notification that Charlemagne Capital (IOM) Limited,  on
behalf  of  managed  funds, now holds in aggregate 49,820,775 common shares of no  par  value  in  the
Company. This holding represents approximately 16.39% of the voting rights of the Company.

As  of 30 April 2008, the Company's total issued and outstanding share capital consists of 303,877,981
common shares.
