eServGlobal Announces New Chief Financial Officer and Company SecretarySydney, 11 July 2008 
    eServGlobal Limited (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), a provider of end-to-end solutions, enabling smart communication and payment services for
service providers on any generation network, today announced the appointment of Mr Jonathan Macleod as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In
addition, Mr. Ian Buddery, Executive Chairman, assumes the additional role of Company Secretary.

    Mr John Hartigan, who has been CFO and Company Secretary since 2003, resigns today.

    Mr Buddery said "We are grateful to John for his contribution since 2003, a period in which the company has expanded rapidly and grown
revenue by six times. As the majority of the company's activity now occurs in the global market, we are taking steps to internationalise our
management structure. Jonathan Macleod, who joined the company in April 2008 as Commercial Director, has a senior management background with
multinational investment banks, including Chief Operating Officer roles, and brings strong experience to assist the next stage of our
growth. We are conducting a search for a permanent Company Secretary and the successful person will be announced in due course."
