eServGlobal Announces Post-Acquisition Management Team.

Sydney - 6 January, 2006

eServGlobal Limited (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), a worldwide supplier of
telecommunications Value Added Services solutions for Messaging and Charging,
today announced its new senior management team.

Chief Executive Officer:      Dr Roger Agniel

Dr Agniel has extensive experience in the international telecommunications and
technology industries.  He joined Ferma SA as Chief Executive in 1998.  He holds
a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from the University of California,Berkeley
(USA).



Chief Financial Officer:       Mr John Hartigan

Mr Hartigan has over ten years experience as a listed public company CFO and
over twenty years experience as a Secretary.  He joined eServGlobal in 2003. He
is a Fellow of the Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia, and of
Chartered Secretaries Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the
University of New South Wales (Australia).



Chief Operating Officer:      Mr Gerard Lemoing

Mr Lemoing spent most of his career in the development of high technology,
notably at Intertechnique where he managed the Optronic division.  He joined
Ferma as General Manager in 1997.  He graduated from Centrale Lille Engineering
School (France).



Chief Technical Officer:       Mr Martin Nappert

Mr Nappert has held senior technical management positions for leading switch
manufacturers, including Nortel Networks in Canada.  He joined Ferma as CTO in
2001.  He holds a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering from Laval
University (Canada).



Chief Marketing Officer:      Mr Jean-Philippe Labat

Mr Labat has held senior sales management positions for leading technology
vendors, including Newbridge and Natural Microsystems.  He joined Ferma in 1999.
He graduated as an engineer from ESI Engineering School, Paris (France).
