                      RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

    A General Meeting of Elixir Petroleum Limited ("Company") was held on Monday 7 July 2008 at Level 20, 77 St Georges Terrace, Perth at
10.00 am. Both resolutions considered by the meeting were passed and, in accordance with Section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001, the
following information is also provided:

    Amendment to Resolution 1:

    Please note that Resolution 1 was amended to read as follows:

     "That pursuant to and in accordance with Listing Rule 7.4 of the Listing Rules of Australian Securities Exchange and for all other
purposes, Shareholders approve and ratify the allotment and issue of 20,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company
which will be placed on or around 10 June 2008 at an issue price of 27 cents each on the terms and conditions set out in the Explanatory
Statement accompanying this Notice of Meeting.".

    The Resolutions (as amended) were in accordance with the Notice of Meeting previously mailed to shareholders and available on the
Company's website.
