Dawson International Plc (the "Company") announces that, on 24 February 2011, it received notification that, following the acquisition of 11,668,510 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the same date, Brookwell Limited, an investment company managed by Progressive AIM Realisation Limited, is interested in 11,668,510 Ordinary Shares representing 5.18% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company. The Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Nortrust Nominees Limited.
