                        Interim Management Statement


Dmatek Ltd. (the "Company", "Dmatek"), the provider of leading electronic 
monitoring technologies, today issues its first interim management statement 
for the period from 1 January 2008 to date.

We are pleased to report a strong start for 2008, ahead of the corresponding
period last year and in line with the second interim of 2007.  Our trading
environment maintains the positive trends registered in the second half of 2007.
This is primarily attributable to the successful shift in the make-up of our
revenues and the continuing development of our markets. We continue to show
solid organic growth in the accounts we supply, reflected in new sales and
expansion of our recurring revenue base, as exemplified by the new contracts
announced earlier in the period. Furthermore, we see momentum building in our
markets as more opportunities are becoming available.

Our solid cash position supports our investment in raw material and finished
systems designated for new customers and existing accounts that are expanding.
The Company's diversified global presence and consequential revenues in
relatively strong currencies has mitigated adverse affects of the US Dollar
weakness.

Yoav Reisman, Chief Operating Officer commented:  "I am very happy to see a
successful start to 2008. Our expanding work base and the higher proportion of
recurring revenues within our income gives us greater visibility and
sustainability.  We are making progress in line with our plan and look forward
to converting the opportunities in the market into business, and deliver on our
