Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

DP Poland, the operator of pizza stores and restaurants across Poland and Croatia, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), were posted to shareholders on Friday 31 May 2024. Copies of these documents are also available on the Company's website at https://dppoland.com/2015/.

The AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 27 June 2024, at 1 Embankment Place, London, WC2N 6RH.
