Dipford Group PLC - Director shareholding and revised shareholding



Dipford Group plc announces that Rupert Cattell, Managing Director, has
yesterday sold 65,000 ordinary shares in Dipford Group at a price of 40p per
share.



As a result of this transaction, his beneficial holdings have become:

463,633 shares   (4.0%)



In addition, yesterday, Rupert Cattell sold 15,150 ordinary shares at a price of
42.5p which were immediately re-purchased by his personal pension plan.  There
was no change in beneficial ownership.



Dipford Group plc also announces that it was notified today that, on 7 December
2006, Landfinance Ltd. purchased 264,867 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in
Dipford Group and now holds a total of 2,360,867 ordinary shares which
represents 20.31 percent of the issued share capital of the Company.
