The Board of Centurion Electronics plc was informed today pursuant to section
198 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that Electra Quoted Management
Limited sold 200,000 ordinary shares on 10 October 2003 and accordingly now has
a holding of 1,784,127 ordinary shares representing approximately 7.72 per cent.
of the Company's current issued share capital. The shares are registered in the
name of Electra Kingsway VCT plc.
