Creston plc (the "Company")
Issue of Ordinary Shares

The Company received notice from Kerburn Rose Limited for the exercise of 70,000
warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of 95 pence per ordinary
share pursuant to an agreement with Kerburn Rose Limited dated 12 April 2000.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 70,000 ordinary shares
of 10 pence each in the capital of Creston to be admitted to the Official List
of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market
for listed securities.   It is expected that admission will take place and
dealings will commence in such new ordinary shares on 7 October 2004.

Following admission of the 70,000 new ordinary shares, the issued share capital
of the Company will be 25,185,315 ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
