                        POSTING OF SHAREHOLDER CIRCULAR 
 
The Company has posted a circular to its shareholders containing details of the 
disposal of the DLKW Group (the "Circular"). 
 
The Circular contains a notice convening a General Meeting of shareholders at 
the offices of Olswang LLP, 90 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6XX, at 9:30 a.m. on 
Tuesday 13 July 2010, at which approval for the Disposal will be sought. 
 
Copies of the Circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will 
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document 
Viewing Facility, which is situated, during normal business hours on any weekday 
(Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted), at:
