AGM Statement

Cenkos is holding its annual general meeting (the "AGM") today, at 9.30 a.m. at 6.7.8 Tokenhouse Yard, London, EC2R 7AS. At the AGM, Gerry Aherne, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, will make the following statement in relation to the current year:

"Whilst markets have proved challenging since the start of 2016, we have been engaged in a number of significant fund raisings for clients so far this year. Our pipeline and outlook for the full year is satisfactory."
