CHEMRING GROUP PLC (the "Company") - VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL - AMENDMENT 
 
 
 
 
 
On 1 February 2011 the Company announced that as at the close of 30 November 
2010 Chemring Group PLC's capital consists of 35,590,455 5p ordinary shares 
with voting rights and 62,500 cumulative preference shares with no voting 
rights, save in specified limited circumstances and that Chemring Group PLC 
holds 208,629 ordinary shares in Treasury.  It should have read as at the close 
of 31 January 2011 Chemring Group PLC's capital consists of 35,590,455 5p 
ordinary shares with voting rights and 62,500 cumulative preference shares with 
no voting rights, save in specified limited circumstances and that Chemring 
Group PLC holds 208,629 ordinary shares in Treasury.

As at the close of 31 January 2011 Chemring Group PLC's capital consists of 
35,590,455 5p ordinary shares with voting rights and 62,500 cumulative 
preference shares with no voting rights, save in specified limited 
circumstances.  Chemring Group PLC holds 208,629 ordinary shares in Treasury. 
 
 
 
Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Chemring Group PLC 
is 35,381,826. 
 
 
 
The above figure (35,381,826) may be used by shareholders as the denominator 
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to 
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Chemring Group PLC
