Blocklisting - amendment


Further to the announcement made on 28 March 2006, the shares to be issued from
time to time to Dr David Price relate to the Restricted Share Award. The full
amended text of the announcement is given below.


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for admission to the Official List for the block listing of 125,000
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company.  These shares, which rank pari passu
with the existing ordinary shares in issue, may be issued from time to time
pursuant to the award over 125,000 shares made to Dr David Price on 7 April 2005
under the Restricted Share Award.  It is expected that admission will become
effective on 31 March 2006.
