    CapRegen plc ("CapRegen" or "Company") was notified on 24 September that George Greenwood, a non-executive director of the Company,
acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 September at a price of 4.25 pence per share and a
further 100,000 Ordinary Shares on 23 September at a price of 4.4 pence per share.  As a result of these purchases, Mr Greenwood is now
interested in 400,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
