Computacenter plc - Notification of Interests of Directors

On 1 April 1999 options were granted under the Computacenter Performance Related
Share Option Scheme 1998 to Michael John Norris over 26,650 ordinary shares of
5p each and to Francis Anthony Conophy over 17,700 ordinary shares of 5p each.
The exercise price of the options is #5.65.  The exercise of the option is
subject to a performance criterion of EPS growth exceeding inflation by 5% or
more, on a compound basis, over a three year period.

This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 16.13 of the Listing
Rules.
