On 5 December 2007, Computacenter Plc was notified that Simon Walsh, a Person
Discharging Managerial Responsibility within the Company, had on the same day,
purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 158p and that Stephen Benade, a
Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility within the Company, had on the same
day, purchased 3,165 ordinary shares at a price of 158p. Each of these
transactions represents less than 0.01% of the issued share capital.

Following these transactions, Simon Walsh's beneficial holding in the Company is
53,579 and Stephen Benade's beneficial holding in the Company is 3,165 ordinary
shares (both representing less than 0.01% of the Company's issued share
capital).
