The Board of Captive Audience Display Solutions Plc is pleased to announce that it has completed a 
placement  of  24,735,084  new Ordinary Shares of nominal value Euro0.0001  each  at  a  price  of 
GBP0.0175p (including share premium of GBP0.0174p)  resulting in the receipt of Euro522,632 by the 
Company in respect thereof. 
 
Following the placement, the issued share capital of the Company is 309,083,648 Ordinary Shares of 
Euro0.0001. 
 
The Directors shareholdings following the placing are as stated below:
