The unaudited net asset value per D Share as at the close of business on 05 April 2013 was 53.26p of which 27% was represented by cash and cash equivalents*. The net asset value includes current financial year revenue items. The investments in the D Class Fund have been valued on a bid price basis and 6,828,071 D Shares used in the above calculations.

* Cash and cash equivalents includes proceeds from sales for future settlement at the above date.
