BlackRock Hedge Selector Limited (the "Company") 
 
Publication of Shareholder Circular and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting 
 
Further to the announcement on 26 November 2014, the Directors of the Company 
announce that a circular has been posted to Shareholders detailing proposals 
for a recommended winding up of the Company and containing a notice convening 
an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 30 January 2015. 
 
Application has been made to the UKLA for suspension of listing of the Shares 
on the Official List of the UKLA and application has been made to the London 
Stock Exchange for suspension of trading in the Shares at 7.30 a.m. on 30 
January 2015. The Company has also made an application for the cancellation of 
the admission of the Shares to listing on the Official List and to trading on 
the Main Market, subject to the Resolution being passed, with the cancellation 
expected to take effect at 8.00 a.m. on 2 March 2015. 
 
Copies of the circular have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism 
and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. 
 
Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless the context otherwise 
requires, bear the meaning given to them in the circular dated 07 January 2015.
