Update on the Offer by Norton Gold Fields Limited ("Norton")

Norton has today released a supplementary bidder's statement in relation to its offer to acquire the ordinary shares in Bullabulling (the "Offer"). This statement is available on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") website.

The Directors of Bullabulling reiterate that they unanimously recommend that shareholders reject the Offer by taking no action in relation to the Offer at this time. The Directors of Bullabulling do not intend to accept the Offer for shares that they own or control.
