controlled by Focus Investments Ltd currently have a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of Boundary. The details of the current
holding are 2,915,000 shares or 5.46 % of the issued share capital (based on the issued share capital of 53,387,204 from the ISE website). 

    The shares are registered in the names of the Northern Trust (International Fund and Irish Fund) (655,000 shares held) and Morstan
Nominees (Global, Opp and Active) (2,260,000 shares held).
