Dividend Declaration

The Directors have declared a second interim dividend of 2.0p per share for the year to 31 December 2016. The Company paid an interim dividend of 5.0p per share on 3 June 2016.

The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2016 to shareholders on the register as of 2 September 2016. The last date for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 9 September 2016.
