SUSPENSION OF LISTING

Further to the announcement made on 5 April 2012, the Board of Aberdeen Development Capital PLC (the "Company") confirms that the listing of its shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market was suspended at 10.30 a.m. today.
