                            Directors' Share Dealing

The Company was notified on 20 December 2005 that on the same day Stephen 
Alterman, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary 
shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 
11.52 US cents per Ordinary Share.

Mr Alterman has no other share holding in the Company. Mr Alterman now has
