All Points North plc ("the Company")

The Company has today received notification that on 25 November 2010 John Lyons, Non-executive Director, transferred 135,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to his pension fund at a price of 14.95 pence per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr. Lyons following the transfer remains at 2,046,000 Ordinary Shares representing 27.7% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
