April 13, 2006, by the Shareholders/Investors Grievance Committee of the Board,


2,29,583 shares were allotted against Conversion of FCCBs by Bond Holders



Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from
18,63,98,725 shares to 18,66,28,308 shares of Rs.10/- face value, as of date.
