August 17, 2005, by the Shareholders/Investors Grievance Committee,


13,77,499 shares were allotted against Conversion of FCCBs by Bond Holders.


Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from
18,09,02,294 shares to 18,22,79,793 shares of Rs.10/- face value, as of date.
