Change of Appointment of Administrator

The Board of Directors of the Fund (the "Board") wish to announce that, with effect from 1(st) October 2012 Praxis Fund Services Limited (the "Administrator") has been appointed, in place of Butterfield Fulcrum Group (Guernsey) Limited, as Administrator, Secretary and Designated Manager of the Fund, pursuant to an Administration Agreement (the "Administration Agreement") between the Fund and the Administrator dated 1(st) October 2012. The new Administrator's address is P.O. Box 296, Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4NA.
