Advance Visual Communications plc has today despatched to shareholders notice of
the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at 10.00 am on 30 December 2005
at the offices of Memery Crystal, 44 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AP.

The Directors expect to despatch the Company's report and accounts for the year
ended 30 June 2005 as soon as practicable.

The Company also announces that the Company Secretary is now Martin Perrin ACA
and that its registered office has been changed to 44 Southampton Buildings,
London WC2A 1AP.
