On Friday 12 February 2010, AMVIG Holdings Limited held an Extraordinary General 
Meeting.  The results of that meeting were subsequently lodged with the Hong 
Kong Stock Exchange. 
AMVIG shareholders approved resolutions for the acquisition of the remaining 45% 
equity interest in Famous Plus Group Limited, the connected transaction 
involving the disposal of Brilliant Circle Holdings International Limited and 
the proposed off-market share repurchase. 
Following implementation of these transactions, Amcor's shareholding in AMVIG 
will move from 38.95% to 45.99%
