Petrol AD can now officially confirm it received from the Sofia City Court
Lukoil Bulgaria's claim for BGN 89.5 million. The first hearing of the court is
scheduled for 11 May 2007.

Petrol's management and lawyers are examining the documentation. Petrol's
management is to make an official announcement latest by Monday next week, 19
March 2007.

Petrol's 509 filling stations and 15 main storages function on a
business-as-usual basis. Petrol is to arrange a conference call with investors
during the first half of next week. Details for the conference call will follow.
Petrol will also liaise with the rating agencies and the trustee.
